Special needs: limited use of left arm/hand
JP is a sweetheart of a boy. He is consistently calm and collected, but has a gleam of mischief in his eye. And what teenage boy wouldn’t? JP attends school five days a week, and he is motivated to learn. During the weekends, he spends his time hanging out with the other kids at the orphanage. He and his best friend Liam like to play ball together, read comics, and run around outside. He is helpful with the other kids, and is someone that they look up to.
JP’s left arm has limited mobility. We barely noticed it at first, but after some time realized that he always leads with his right arm. We don’t know the extent of his limitations, or if he feels pain in that arm or not. But we’ve never heard him complain about it, and he doesn’t seem to be embarrassed by it either. We are proud of him, and excited to see the young man he grows up to be.
JP’s adoption file is up and coming. He will hopefully be available soon. In the meantime, we want to find his forever family so they can snatch him up before he ages out of the adoption system when he turns 14 years old.
